It's nice and warm, with a gentle vibration, but the points that rise up and poke your back are a bit less pleasant.

Delivery was scheduled between 29/01 and 02/02, but I received it on 28/01.
Perfect, the product works well. I tried it; it heats up and massages the back. I can't say if it's effective as I don't have enough experience to judge that. The only negative point is that the instructions are in Chinese, and I'm French. I'll figure out how to find them in French.

The item is very good, but the instructions are in Chinese. I'm not asking for them to be in my language, but if you sell to Europe, you should at least include instructions in English or in our alphabet. Other than that, it's fine.

Only had it a few days, but i think it’s going to be a winner. it’s a gentle massage, very relaxing. i’ll give it a few more tries, then i’ll be recommending it to my friends. unfortunately the instructions are all in chinese, so you have to muddle around to work it out. it’s not difficult, but it would be nice to have instructions in english.
